-  Dr. Alex Hledin, founder , has in excess of 35 years of experience in Research & Development of WINNING outboard racing engines. Alex also has experience as a race team owner which allows us an understanding of our customer's needs.

- Our association with SKATER POWERBOATS (SKATER founder Peter Hledin is Alex's brother). Provides us with a unique perspective on the latest developments in the boating industry.

- Anthony Gravina, Vice President Business Operations, brings 36 years of corporate management experience to the day to day running and decision making of "PERFORMANCE THROUGH RESEARCH".

- Our 5 support engineering associates offer their vast expertise from the fields of computer science, electrical and mechanical engineering.
